Below is a video showing how I made the Pepperoni Pizza. You can add any sauces, toppings, and cheese of your choice.

Trim Healthy Mama Easy No-Carb Bread Mix will make a great pizza crust for a no-carb pizza. I added a few spices to the egg whites when I blended them for an extra flavor in the crust. You can see the herbs in the dough below. The black pizza pan I used I have had for years. I don’t wash them with soap and warm. They are just wiped with a paper towel to remove excess oil and placed into the oven to dry.

The pizza pan I have is 14 inches by 2 inches. I have had mine for years and just love them. One bag of mix will make a semi-thick pizza crust which we love.

I made two kinds of pizzas. The one pictured below was mad with 1/3 cup pesto, 2 1/2 cups of veggies (red onions, mushrooms, broccoli, black olives, peppers, etc) and 1 1/2 cups low-fat mozzarella cheese.

If you want a Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza, I have that for you, too. I used 1/3 cup pizza sauce, 1 1/2 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese, and 20 pepperoni. My hubby thought this was a no-carb great pizza!
