Do you love lemon as much as I do? This taste just like a lemon meringue pie but in a drinkable custard. This is a so tasty these cool damp fall days. Try it, you may be surprised how good it really is.

Hot Lemon Custard Drink THM – Deep S
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 egg OR 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 3 donks THM Stevia
- 1 teaspoon THM Gentle Sweet
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- 1/4 teaspoon glucomannan
- 1 teaspoon butter
- pinch Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Blend all together. Cook in microwave for 2-3 minutes*. Blend again until smooth and creamy. I use a hand/immersion blender. 1 serving
Recipe Notes
the custard can be cooked over medium/low heat on stove-top until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. I blends it again to get a silky smooth texture.
**Be very careful when you blend the custard the second time if you are using a regular blender or a blender cup. Be sure to vent it well.

I don’t own a microwave. Could I make this on the stove?
Yes, you can bring it to a boil on medium/low heat.
Can the MCT be left out or replaced with something else like coconut oil?
Yes, you can use coconut oil. I like to use MCT for it metabolizing factor.
I tried to save it on Pinterest and it said Pinterest didn’t have it.
I just checked and the pin does work.
This is like warm sunshine in my cup on this grey, drizzly day. Thank you for the recipe!

You can use xantham gum.
This looks great! Not a fan of the canary but this looks like something I can do. Plus a great way to use up all the leftover egg yokes! Thank you!
This was so delicious but I had to keep blending it while I was drinking because it kept curdling.
Can you leave out the glucomannan?
Yes, you can,
