From a little child and up, I always loved Ramen Noodles. This Homemade Ramen Noodle Bowl has become a favorite of mine. It is chock full of lean protein, veggies, and low-carb noodles. What is not to like about that!!

I always use bone broth that I made myself. I love to fill my Instapot full of chicken bones, cold water, and veggies. That makes the best broth. I pressure can quarts of broth to use all year around. It is so handy to get a jar from my food pantry when I want to make this soup.
The recipe as written is a FP so you can add sourdough bread for an E or add additional fats for an S/keto style meal.
One small egg has 5 grams of fat. One serving if this recipe will fit in the guidelines for a Trim Healthy Mama Fuel Pull. Be sure to not include any other fats in your meal.
You can adjust the spiciness by adding adding additional dried chili pods or omit them if you do not like spice. Our family loves spice so we go through a lot of hot peppers, chili sauce, and hot sauce.

Ramen Noodle Bowl FP or Deep S, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Keto,
- 4 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 baby carrots, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon ginger juice
- 6 spring onions, sliced on the diagonal
- 6 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced bok choy
- 1 chile pepper, optional
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mineral salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 serving pack THM Noodles or Konjac Noodles
- 6 ounces cooked sliced chicken breasts
- 2 soft boiled eggs, optional
- soy sauce or sweet chili garlic sauce
- cilantro for garnishing
- In a saucepan, simmer veggies in broth until tender. Add spices. Rinse and drain noodles well. Add noodles and chicken to saucepan. Cook for 1 minute. Serve with soy or sweet chili sauce. Serve 2. THM FP
- Serve with 1/2 avocado for an THM S/keto meal.


Honey Oat Sourdough Bread pairs well with this dish. The carbs from the bread will cause your meal to be a THM E/carb source instead of a Fuel Pull. Healthy carbs are good for your body. When you ferment bread dough it enables our body to digest than carbs so much better. Sourdough bread must be fermented 7 hours at room temp, 72 hours refrigerator temp, or a combination of the two to be onplan.
