Creamy Fruit Dip THM-FP

Sweet creamy dip with fresh fruit is a favorite at picnics and potlucks and bananas cut to look like dolphins make this extra special for children. This creamy dip is a FP and can be served with any type of fruit. Bananas, apples, and grapes are THM E and berries are a Fuel Pull.

Creamy Fruit Dip THM-FP

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese or fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1 teaspoon THM Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon THM Pineapple Extract
  • fresh fruit—bananas, blueberries, grapes, apples, and berries
  • Bamboo Kabob Skewers
  • Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, Gentle Sweet, Vanilla, and Pineapple extracts together in a blender jar until smooth. Chill. To make dolphins cut 2 inches off the bottom of each banana. Cut a slit in the stem continuing 1/2 inch into the banana. Insert a blueberry in the slit. Use a permanent marker and draw eyes on each dolphin. Cut skewers 4 inches long. Insert 2 into each banana skin. Cut apples in half. Lay the cut side of the apples on the platter. Insert skewers into the apple halves. Arrange fruit and dip around the dolphins. Serves 10-12.

This dip is a FP. Apples, grapes, pineapples, and bananas are an E source and berries are FP.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
