Candied Sweet Potatoes with Pecans, THM XO, Sugar-free

Candied Sweet Potatoes are a holiday side dish that many people love including my family. Here is our favorite version of Candied Sweet Potatoes with Pecans. This side dish is great with roasted turkey, stuffing, and all the holiday trimmings!

My garden at our other house always had a long row of sweet potatoes. Since we are further north, I cannot grow nice large sweet potatoes. Our weather is just too cool. My favorite kinds to grow were Beauregard, Jewel, and Puerto Rico. There is even a white kind called O’Henry that is very tasty.

Sweet Potatoes are a great source of fiber,  vitamins, and minerals. They are also rich in antioxidants and are highly nutritious. One cup of sweet potatoes with skin provides you with…

Brown Sugar Sweetener is a mix I make and use in all my baking. It taste just like regular Brown Sugar. Just be sure you don’t omit the Olive Nation Brown Sugar Extract. That just takes it up a notch! On bottle of extract lasts a long time. Doesn’t this look just like brown sugar!
