Candied Sweet Potatoes, with Pecans, THM XO, Sugar-free

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecan pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • salt cinnamon, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wrap the sweet potatoes in foil. Bake at 350 degrees until soft. Remove them from oven. Cool. Peel sweet potatoes and slice. Lay in a baking dish. Combine Brown Sugar Sweetener and pecan pieces together. Sprinkle over potatoes. Drizzle melted butter over the potatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until sugar is melted and potatoes are thoroughly heated. Serves 8.
