Bitter, cold, windy days call for hot, steamy drinks to ward off chills. This healthy Cappuccino mix is a pantry staple that takes the place of the pre-packaged sugar-laden mixes. Depending on whether you use cream, almond milk this drink can be either a THM Fuel Pull or a THM S. Or if you like iced drinks all year around you can serve this drink over ice! Either way its a win!!

My family enjoy all kinds of drinks. Coffee stars at the top of the list that our family enjoys. This creamy Cappuccino

As a homeschool mom, my afternoons include teaching my girls to work in the kitchen. This recipe is an easy one for my 11 year old to mix up in our food processor. It is a joy to teach your children the joy of cooking and baking.
There are times I will omit the vanilla and allow them to mix different flavors in when they make their drinks. That is special when they can do that!

Is there anything else I can use in place of the vanilla powder? Could I add vanilla extract to the liquid>?
Yes, you can add vanilla flavoring to the liquid.

The recipe in the cookbook doesn’t specify powdered erythritol, or have the cream option. The erythritol I bought is granulated. How will that work?
I powdered the erythritol in coffee grinder or a blender before mixing it in. The cream option was added on the blog.
I’m excited to make this! Will Swerve Confectioner’s work for the erythritol powder?
Yes, it will work.
