Peach Salsa, THM E, Df, Sf, Gf

Sweet juicy peaches are now in season. If you have never tried Peach Salsa, you really must! The sweet from the peaches and the heat from the jalapenos are just perfect to the taste buds. Another appeal is that it pleases the eye with the lovely array of color!

This salsa will last up to a week in the fridge, but don’t worry, I think it will be long gone before that! I used Xochitl Corn Chips but you can also use Baked Tostitos Scoops. Xochitl Chips are an THM XO but my children love them.

Before we moved to northern Pennsylvania, we had an orchard with 30+ fruit trees. We grew several varieties of peaches. I loved to go and pick juicy ripe peaches right from the trees. Now I purchase them a market stands without any sweat and work!

Here is my array of produce to make this salsa. Look at the colors!

This is my favorite chopper, I use it almost every day. This is a Princess House Chopper which I have had for quite a number of years but a Vidalia Onion Chopper will work just the same. One like I really like about eh Princess House Chopper is that you can replace the parts when they break at minimal cost.

Just look at the lovely array of colors in this bowl! My family loves when I shop my salsa finely. With a Chop Wizard you can get uniform pieces which make my OCD happy!

Cilantro is the perfect herb to add to this salsa. It pairs perfectly with the peaches and veggies.

I bought a case of these Xochitl Chips at a discount store. We love the ,crunchiness of these.

These Tostitos are baked and have 50% less fat than other corn chips.

I love my Princess House Chopper but this Vidalia Onion Chopper works, too. I broke two of these with all the canning I do so I purchase one from Princess House.
