The new Bake Believe Chocolate Chips in three flavors, Dark, White, and Semi-sweet add just the right sweetness with the saltiness of nuts and a bit of fruit to make this mix a winner.

Trail Mix, Sugar-free, Low Carb, Keto, THM XO or S

  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups large flake unsweetened coconut
  • 2/3 cup EACH Bake Believe White, Dark, and Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Goji Berries
  • *Freeze Dried Fruit–Berries will be an S other fruit XO
  • Combine pecans, walnuts, coconut, white, dark, and semi-sweet chocolate chips, and Goji Berries together in a bowl. Store in a jar with a tight lid. 7 1/2 cups Trail Mix
  • This Trail mix is a THM S but when you add freeze dried bananas, pears or apples it will be a THM Crossover. THM Crossovers are still on plan but the are not weight loss friendly. Crossovers are good for growing children and working men which I have some of both!
  • *When I pack this for lunches I add a pack of freeze dried fruit. The combination is so good. If you mix it with the Trail Mix the fruit will soften slightly if it is kept for some time.

These Freeze-dried Berries are so good with the Trail Mix and can be bought from Amazon. Freeze-dried strawberries Freeze-dried Fruit. I have also found Freeze Dried Fruit at Walmart. Freeze dried fruit is different than dried fruit as it has been preserve with more nutrients in it while dried fruit can actually have a sugar load of 4 times as much as fresh fruit.
