I am enjoying experimenting with kefir smoothies. Here is a refreshing Lemon Ginger Smoothie with S and FP options.
- 1/2 cup double-fermented kefir
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese*
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ginger juice
- 2 tablespoons THM Gentle Sweet
- pinch of salt
- 4-6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender cup. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serves 1.
*full fat cottage cheese for S or fat free for FP
