Lemon Ginger Kefir Smoothie

I am enjoying experimenting with kefir smoothies. Here is a refreshing Lemon Ginger Smoothie with S and FP options. DSC_0536 lemon ginger kefir smoothie

  • 1/2 cup double-fermented kefir
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese*
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon ginger juice
  • 2  tablespoons THM Gentle Sweet
  • pinch of salt
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender cup. Blend until smooth and creamy.  Serves 1.

*full fat cottage cheese for S or fat free for FP
