I love this drink for an energy pickup in the afternoons. It has all the taste of tropical fruits in one drink. I will measure the ingredient into small 4 ounce jars and store them in the fridge. They are so handy to grab and make a drink when you want one.

I find drinks are an important to keep me from snacking when I really don’t need more food. I love the combination of this drink and the flavors mask the taste of the tumeric if you have trouble likely that flavor.
