Vanilla/Caramel Iced Coffee THM-FP

Summertime is rapidly approaching and I am always on the lookout for refreshing drinks to serve to my family and to guests. Iced Coffee is a favorite and this recipe uses leftover brewed coffee from our breakfast time. You can adjust the extracts and sweeteners to your liking if you prefer it less sweet. I added just a bit of cream to get a smooth creamy texture but it still is within THM FP guidelines. I use my hand blender or my Ninja Blender to thoroughly mix it. My family enjoys this drink and I hope you will, too.

In a large glass pitcher combine all ingredients but ice. Blend well with an immersion blender or mix all ingredients except ice in your Ninja Blender Jar to blend. Add ice. In each drinking glass place 5 ice cubes. Fill glass with iced coffee. Serve. 8 servings.

There are 30 grams of fat in the entire recipe. There are 3.7 grams of fat per serving which is within the Fuel Pull guidelines.

I love to use stainless steel drinking straws for my drinks. They are much easier to clean and just make drinks taste better than plastic ones.
