I bought the book and starter in February of 2020. Sad to say I set it aside and did nothing with it. I just found it still in the white bubble wrap. Will it still be good to use. I am finally ready to dip my hand into sourdough baking. Your videos have motivated me. Thanks for your help.

Does the starter that you include have white flour in it?
Yes, it does. You can start feeding it whole wheat flour if you want to.
