Our family loves Cheesecake and Red Velvet Cake, so why not combine the two into this fabulous dessert. The Red Velvet Cake has a secret ingredient in it to help keep it moist. Try this elegant dessert for your next family gathering. I am sure they will love it.

Christmas Holiday is a time for giving gifts just like God gave the greatest gift to us, Jesus! Our family loves to give gifts to our neighbors like this fruit filled wreath. My regular recipe was filled with so much sugar so I decided to try a sugar-free one. I used my favorite Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls recipe with a few modifications. Polaner All Fruit Spread was an easy fruit filling to use. This recipe makes 2 wreaths–1 to share and 1 to serve to your guests!

Cheesecakes are always so special to serve for holidays meals. These No-bake White Chocolate Cheesecakes are easy to make. Best of all they only takes a few ingredients. These creamy cheesecakes will fool everyone in believing they full of sugar when they are not.

Have you ever wondered what to do with stale or loaves of bread that did not turnout right? Have you ever tried bread pudding? Bread pudding is an old fashioned dessert that our grandmas used to make. It was a handy way to use up those stale bits of bread and turn them into a delicious dessert.

Fall bring with it crisp days, colorful leaves, juicy apples, pumpkins, and cups of hot coffee. Cinnamon rolls are a favorite in our family and you get the best of both by pairing apples and a cinnamon roll together. These rolls are soft and moist with the addition of shredded apples.

Crisp, juicy apples in shades of green, yellow, and red are being picked in orchards these late summer days. Their flavors vary from tart to honey sweet. In our area freshly picked apples begin to appear at produce markets in late July and continue being picked until late October. Fried apples are so easy to make and the Brown Sugar Sweetener caramelizes on them for a melt-in-your-mouth goodness. I was gifted Granny Smith Apples and the combination of tart/caramelized is so appealing.

Strawberries are one of my favorite berries. I think my family agrees with me because if I don’t hide them–I don’t get any! I always loved to bake Angel Food Cakes and this recipe was the first cake I made sugar and gluten free. This cake makes an impressive dessert when you add fresh berries and cream cheese filling. It would be embarrassing to tell you how quickly this platter was emptied at my house. My family loves it!!

Have you ever heard of a Bumbleberry? While there is not an actual fruit call Bumbleberry; this name is given to a mixture of fruit baked in a cobbler or pie. This mixed fruit cobbler features apples, rhubarb , blueberries, and strawberries. A biscuit style crust tops the fruit. This delicious cobbler serves 1 person for a main dish or 2 as a dessert.

Coffee, every day, any time, any way!! I enjoy coffee and desserts so why not combine the two into a light refreshing Mousse. Many desserts are full of fats and calories. This Espresso Mousse is full of flavor and protein but light in fats and calories. It is a tasty ending to a meal or for a bedtime snack. I garnished this Mousse with a scoop of fat-free Greek Yogurt flavored with THM vanilla extract and Gentle Sweet, Espresso Powder, and 12 Lily’s chocolate chips to keep it within the guidelines for a FP.
