Chocolate Cherry Bread is a moist delicious dessert bread studded with fresh dark cherries and chocolate. This very bread is very easy to make and is so delicious with a cup of coffee. As many of you know I love baking with sourdough! This recipe uses one cup of sourdough starter which helps give it a wonderful texture.
Horse Progress Days will be held at Mt Hope Auction Grounds in Mt Hope, Ohio. This event will be held on July 2nd and 3rd, 2021. I have been asked to have a Sourdough Demonstration in the Homemaker’s Building. On Friday the session will be at 9:45am and on Saturday it will be at 11:00am. Each person who attends a session will receive a small packet of sourdough starter.
I will take you through the steps of caring for your starter and showing how to mix bread dough. We will have cookbooks along that you can purchase. We look forward to seeing you there!
