I really want to make a thm on plan bread.
I’ve tried regular sourdough and gluten free sourdough in the past and always come out w a dense loaf. I’m looking to make2 sandwich loaves at a time. I also need to be a good steward of our finances. I pray Lord give us this day our daily bread and for Him to supply all our needs. I’m leaning towards the beginners kit that includes the flours and vital wheat gluten. I know I can reach out for support and also troubleshoot through the facebook pages.
