Fluffy whole grain sourdough pancake mix is now available in our blog store. There are two 7 ounce packages of pancake mix in each bundle. All you need is water, butter, and 2 egg whites to complete the mix. Each package will make 14 pancakes.

The ingredients are sprouted wheat flour, oat flour, buttermilk powder, wheat flour, dehydrated sourdough starter, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
