I have been wanting to make sourdough for so long –

1. Use your microwave to ferment your starter. Feed the starter and put it in the microwave with the door open enough to keep the light on.
2-3. all you need is starter, flour, vital wheat gluten, and some kind of baking pan. It can be a cookies sheet with mixing bowl upside down for a lid, a dutch oven, ect.
What is the difference between this starter bundle and your other starter bundle? I have never baked bread, but I would love to learn how to make sourdough, so I want to make sure I get the correct bundle.
The beginners kit has the flours, sourough starter, and cookbook The bakers bundle ahha all of that plus these items….a brotform, flour shaker, bench knife, and a Danish Dough Whisk.
