
Crust: In food processor bowl, combine Baking Blenda, oat flour, salt and butter. Pulse a few times until crumbly. Add beaten egg. Pulse a few times until combined. Pat crust into 9 inch greased pie plate. Bake at 350*degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Strawberry layer: Softened gelatin in ½ cup cold water for 5 minutes. Heat until syrupy. Add Kool-Aid, remaining cup of water, and Gentle Sweet. Cool until starting to thickened. Add strawberries. Set aside. Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add Gentle Sweet, vanilla, and cream. Whip until fluffy. Spread on the bottom of a baked pie shell. Spoon berries and jello over top of cream cheese. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh berries. Serves 8.
