
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup almond milk for 5 minutes. Set aside. In a blender jar combine 1 cup almond milk, ricotta cheese, strawberries, Gentle Sweet, Stevia, whey protein powder, and salt. Blend for a few minutes until smooth. Heat softened gelatin until syrupy. With blender running, drizzle softened gelatin into blender. Blender for 1 minute. Pour into 4 serving dishes/cups. Refrigerate until set.
