Seafood Pasta Salad THM-S

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked spiral Dreamfield Pasta
  • 4- ounce can tiny shrimp
  • 6- ounce can crab meat
  • 1 1/3 cups finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onions
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red peppers

Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 3/4 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon THM Gentle Sweet

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta following manufacturer's instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Open cans of seafood and drain well. Combine pasta with celery, onions, peppers, and seafood in bowl. Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss with pasta, seafood, and veggies. Chill for 4 hours to combine flavors. Serves 6.
