Rhubarb Lemonade, Sugar-free

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water divided
  • 2 1/2 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 2/3 cup THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1/4 teaspoon THM Stevia
  • 4 lemons
  • additional water and ice

Instructions

  1. Combine water, rhubarb, Gentle Sweet, and Stevia together in a saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool. Juice 3 lemons. Set aside. In a blender jar, blend the rhubarb mixture with an additional 2 cups of water until smooth. Pour into a gallon picture. Add lemon juice, water, and ice to fill the picture. Serve with lemon slices as a garnish. 1 gallon Rhubarb Lemonade.
  2. If desired you can blend 4-6 strawberries with the rhubarb or add 1 12-ounce can of Strawberry Bubly.
