Mint Chocolate Iced Latte THM FP or S

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon half and half
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Collagen or Whey Protein Powder
  • 3-4 teaspoons THM Gentle Sweet
  • 5 drops LorAnn Chocolate Mint
  • 8-10 frozen coffee ice cubes
  • whipped cream for garnishing if desired

Instructions

  1. In a blender cup combine coffee, almond milk, half and half, cocoa powder, Collagen or Whey Protein Powder, Gentle Sweet, and Chocolate Mint Flavoring. Blend until frothy. Place coffee ice cubes in a jar. Pour the blended coffee over ice cubes. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. Serves 1.
