Low-carb Baking Mix , GF, SF

Ingredients

  • 4 cups THM Oat Fiber
  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 cups ground golden flax seed
  • 1 cup whey protein powder or THM collagen
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium powder
  • 1/4 cup xanthan gum or glucomannan

Instructions

  1. Use a coffee grinder to grind the flax seed and almond flour finer. Combine all ingredients together. Store in a tight container or in the freezer.
  2. Please note: THM Oat Fiber is the absolute best. Other kinds are gritty and have a sawdust texture.

Recipe Notes

There are 4 grams of fat in 1/4 cup of this mix. Using this mix in a recipe with butter and eggs will be a (S) fat category. Using it without fat in a recipe will keep it a Fuel Pull.
