Dynamite Salsa THM-FP

Ingredients
- 4 cups tomatoes diced
- ¾ cup onion finely diced
- ½ cup peppers finely diced
- 2 jalapenos diced
- 2 teaspoons Gentle Sweet
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
Instructions

Combine all together and refrigerate for 4 hours to combine flavors. Serve with Lavash Pitas or Baked Tostitos for an E meal. Serves 10-12
Recipe Notes
The easiest way I have found to dice veggies is with the Vidalia Chop Wizard. I have 2 of them and use them when canning salsa.
