
In a blender jar add yogurt, 3 1/2 cups water, Gentle Sweet, Strawberry Extract, and red food coloring. Blend smooth. Soften gelatin in the remaining 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Heat the softened gelatin for 30 seconds in the microwave until clear and syrupy. With the blender running on low, slowly pour in the gelatin mixture and blend for 1 minute. Pour into individual serving dishes or a 3 quart bowl. Chill until set. Serves 12 2/3-cup servings.
