
In a food processor combine Whey Protein Powder, Collagen, Oat Fiber, Peanut Flour, sweetener, and gluccie. Pulse a few times to combine ingredients. Add Peanut Butter Extract, MCT oil, 4 1/2 tablespoon water. Turn food processor on for 1-2 minutes. In a bar maker, sprinkle a few peanuts in 10 bar spaces. Divide the whey protein mixture between 10 bar spaces. For my Pampered Chef Bar Pan...I found a piece of wood in my husband's shop that fits the space perfectly. I wrapped it in plastic and now I can press the bars much firmer. Press mixture tightly into the bar spaces. Set bars aside. In a microwave, combine sugar-free chocolate chips and butter. Microwave at 10 second intervals, stirring well between each time. Spread a layer over each bar. Refrigerator. 10 bars
