Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine fruit with Gentle Sweet . Pour fruit into a 6 inch baking dish. Blend together egg white, yogurt, water, and butter extract until smooth. Set aside. Combine oat flour, Gentle Sweet, Baking Blend , and baking powder. Stir wet ingredients into dry just until combined. Spoon over fruit mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with nonfat Greek Yogurt. Serves 2.
