Making the coffee drink: Make 2 shots espresso or strong brewed ice coffee. Allow it to set for 1 minute to cool. Combine half n half, almond milk, and collagen until smooth. Pour espresso into a quart mason jar. Add brown sugar syrup and mixed milk/collagen . Add 3/4 cup ice. Shake for 15-20 seconds until it is foamy. Fill a serving glass with the remaining ice. Strain espresso over the fresh ice in your cup. Enjoy!!
