Ingredients

  • 2 cups sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon mineral salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together. Chill for 12 hours for flavors to combine. Serve as a side with grilled hot dogs, brats, or sausage.
