Garlic Parmesan Wings, Keto, THMS, GF, SF

Ingredients

  • 5 pounds bone in wings
  • 4 garlic cloves minced or 4 teaspoons ready prepared garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Butter Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4-6 garlic cloves minced or 4-6 teaspoons ready prepared garlic
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • parsley flakes optional
  • parmesan cheese to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preparing wings: Place the wing pieces in a bowl. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, and oil. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  2. Air-frying wings: Place a single layer of wings in the air-fryer basket. Fry for 10-12 minutes at 390 degrees. Internal temperature of the wings should be 165 degrees. Place wings in a baking dish. Repeat air-frying as needed until all the wings are fried. Prepare butter sauce and toss with wings. Just before serving, sprinkle with extra Parmesan Cheese. Serve.
  3. Prepared wings can be placed in a crock-pot to keep hot for your party.
