Cranberry Relish, THM E, Sugar-free, Gluten-free

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cranberries
  • 2 apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Gentle Sweet

Instructions

  1. Grinding: In a food processor until fine. Pour the ground fruit into a mixing bowl. Add the Gentle Sweet. Stir well. Refrigerate for 6 hours to meld flavors.

Recipe Notes

The relish will look a light pink at first but it will darken in color after being refrigerated.

You can freeze the relish for 2-3 months. Thaw and serve.
