Cranberry Coconut Baobab Protein Bars THM FP, Sugar-free, Gluten-free, Keto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup THM Whey Protein Powder
  • 5 tablespoons Collagen
  • 2 tablespoons Oat Fiber
  • 3 tablespoons Baobab Powder
  • 1/4 cup Gentle Sweet
  • 1/8 teaspoon Mineral Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Glucomannan or Xanthan Gum
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon MCT Oil
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup dried medium unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. In a Food processor bowl or mixer bowl combine dry ingredients together. Add extract, MCT oil and 5 tablespoons water. Mix well. Add cranberries and remaining water if needed to make the mixture like a stiff play dough. Sprinkle coconut flakes in each bar mold. Press mixture into 8 bars. Sprinkle with remaining coconut flakes. Refrigerate. 8 THM FP Bars
