Air Fried Potato Wedges, THM E, SF, DF

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds yellow potatoes I use Yukon Golds
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Seasoning:
  • 3 tablespoon THM Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tablespoons THM Oat Fiber
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Beat egg whites and water together until frothy. Pour the beaten egg whites over the potato wedges. Mix the seasonings together. Sprinkle over the potatoes. Toss to coat. Turn Ninja Air Fryer on 390 degrees F. Place a layer of wedges in the air fryer. Close the lid and set the timer for 16 minutes. Stir the potatoes once while they are frying. I needed to do 2 batches of wedges in my fryer. Serves 6
  2. Air fryers may vary so you may want to check the wedges after 10 minutes. 16 minutes was perfect on my Ninja Foodie.
