Grill jalapenos and onions until the skin/outside layer in browned. Set aside to cool. When cooled, finely dice onion. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds and membranes. cut into small pieces. Cook the Dreamfield Pasta following manufacturer's instructions on the box. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add celery, cheese, bacon, and grilled onion and jalapeno to pasta. Set aside. Combine dressing ingredients until well blended. Toss with pasta and veggies. Refrigerate for 4 hours to combine flavors. Serve 10.
