Creamy Fruit Dip THM-FP

A sweet creamy dip just perfect with fresh fruit.

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese or fat-free ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1 teaspoon THM Vanilla
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon THM Pineapple Extract
  • fresh fruit---bananas blueberries, grapes, apples, and berries
  • Kabob skewers


  1. Blend Greek Yogurt, cottage cheese, Gentle Sweet, and extracts together in a blender jar until smooth. Chill. To make dolphins cut 2 inches off the bottom of each bananas. Cut a slit in the stem continuing 1/2 inch into the banana. Insert a blueberry in the slit. Use a permanent marker and draw eyes on each dolphin. Cut skewers 4 inches long. Insert 2 into each banana skin. Cut apples in half. Lay the cut side of the apple on the platter. Insert skewers into the apple halves. Arrange fruit and dip around the dolphins. Serves 10-12.
