Ingredients

Single Serve Recipe

  • 1/3 cup uncooked Dreamfield Elbows
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup shredded cheese,
    I used a mix of Colby, Cheddar, & Smoked Gouda
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • peppe

Family Serve Recipe

  • 3 1/3 cups uncooked Dreamfield Elbows
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cups riced cauliflower
  • 4 cups shredded cheese, I used a mix of Colby, Cheddar, & Smoked Gouda
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 3 cups water
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a baking dish stir together elbows, melted butter and cauliflower. Add shredded cheese and stir again. Combine cream, almond milk, and water together. Pour over elbows/cauliflower/cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes (45 minutes for single serve). Stir after macaroni and cheese has been baking 1 hour. 10 servings.
