Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a baking dish stir together elbows, melted butter and cauliflower. Add shredded cheese and stir again. Combine cream, almond milk, and water together. Pour over elbows/cauliflower/cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes (45 minutes for single serve). Stir after macaroni and cheese has been baking 1 hour. 10 servings.
