Wilted Spinach Salad THM-FP

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup red onions diced
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 10 cups fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon in bite size pieces. In a large skillet, sauté bacon and onions for 3 minutes. Add vinegar, ketchup, Gentle Sweet, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute. Turn off heat and add spinach. Tossing to coat with dressing. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
