Lime Pear Dessert THM-E

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 quart canned pears or 3 1/2 cups diced cooked pears
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Mix or THM Gentle Sweet
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt, fat-free
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tiny spoons THM Stevia
  • Green food Coloring, optional


  1. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain pears. Blend lime juice, pears, Greek Yogurt, and Sweet Mix until smooth. Heat gelatin mixture until clear and syrupy. With blender running on low, drizzle in heated gelatin mixture, blending well. Pour into serving dish. Chill until set. 8-10 servings.
