Broccoli Salad THM S, Keto, Sugar-free, Low-carb

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon fried and crumbled
  • 6 cups broccoli flowerets and stems chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely diced red onions
  • 1/2 cup dried sugar-free cranberries
  • Dressing:
  • 1 1/4 cups Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Gentle Sweet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a 4-quart bowl toss together bacon, broccoli, red onions, and cranberries. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan Cheese, Gentle Sweet, salt and pepper until well combined. Toss dressings with veggie mixtures. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
