  • 1 cup THM Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 5 tablespoons THM Collagen
  • 3 tablespoons Oat Fiber
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons THM Baobab Powder
  • 1/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1/8 teaspoon Mineral salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gluccie or Xanthan Gum
  • 1 teaspoon THM Apricot Extract
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • 5 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • White Chocolate Chips ChocZero* or Bake Believe , optional
  • Pampered Chef Bar Maker


  1. In a Food processor bowl or mixer bowl combine dry ingredients together. Add extract, MCT oil and 4 tablespoons lemon juice. Mix well. Add remaining lemon juice if needed to make the mixture like a stiff play dough. Place 5 chocolate chips in each bar mold, if desired. Press mixture into 8 bars molds. Refrigerate. 8 THM FP Bars
