Chocolate Peanut Protein Bars THM S, Sugar-free, Low-carb, Keto

  • 1 cup THM Choco-Peanut Whey Protein Powder
  • 5 tablespoons THM Collagen
  • 3 tablespoons THM Oat Fiber
  • 2 tablespoons THM Peanut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Substitute or Gentle Sweet
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gluccie or Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon THM Peanut Butter Extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons MCT oil
  • 4 1/2 -5 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate -- sugar free
  • 2 teaspoons butter


  1. In a food processor combine Choco-Peanut Whey Protein Powder, Collagen, Oat Fiber, Peanut Flour, sweetener, and gluccie. Pulse a few times to combine ingredients. Add Peanut Butter Extract, MCT oil, 4 1/2 tablespoon water. Turn food processor on for 1-2 minutes. In a bar maker, sprinkle a few peanuts in 10 bar spaces. Divide the whey protein mixture between 10 bar spaces. For my Pampered Chef Bar Pan...I found a piece of wood in my husband's shop that fits the space perfectly. I wrapped it in plastic and now I can press the bars much firmer. Press mixture tightly into the bar spaces. Set bars aside. In a microwave, combine sugar-free chocolate chips and butter. Microwave at 10 second intervals, stirring well between each time. Spread a layer over each bar. Refrigerator. 10 bars
