Ingredients

  • 4 cups fat-free bone broth
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon ginger juice
  • 6 spring onions
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup bok choy
  • 1 chile pepper optional
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 serving pack THM Noodles
  • 6 ounces cooked sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 soft boiled eggs optional
  • soy sauce or sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. In a 2 quart saucepan, simmer veggies in broth until tender. Add spices. Rinse and drain noodles well. Add noodles and chicken to saucepan. Cook for 1 minute. Serve with soy or sweet chili sauce. Serve 2. THM FP
  2. Add 1/2 avocado for a THM S/keto meal.
