Ingredients
4cupsfat-free bone broth
1garlic cloveminced
2baby carrots
1tablespoonginger juice
6spring onions
6button mushrooms
1cupspinachchopped
1/2 cupbok choy
1chile pepperoptional
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1serving pack THM Noodles
6ouncescooked sliced chicken breasts
2soft boiled eggsoptional
soy sauce or sweet chili sauce
Instructions
In a 2 quart saucepan, simmer veggies in broth until tender. Add spices. Rinse and drain noodles well. Add noodles and chicken to saucepan. Cook for 1 minute. Serve with soy or sweet chili sauce. Serve 2. THM FP
