Strawberry Protein Bars, THM FP/S, Keto, Sugar-free, Low-Carb

Ingredients

  • 1 cup THM Strawberry Whey Protein Powder
  • 5 tablespoons THM Collagen
  • 3 tablespoons Oat Fiber
  • 2 tablespoons THM Baobab Powder
  • 1/4 cup THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1/8 teaspoon Mineral salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gluccie or Xanthan Gum
  • 1/4 teaspoon THM Cherry Burst Extract
  • 1 teaspoon MCT oil
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • White Chocolate Chips ChocZero* or Bake Believe , optional
  • Pampered Chef Bar Maker

Instructions

  1. In a Food processor bowl or mixer bowl combine dry ingredients together. Add extract, MCT oil and 4 tablespoons water. Mix well. Add remaining water if needed to make the mixture like a stiff play dough. Place 5 chocolate chips in each bar mold, if desired. Press mixture into 7 bars. Refrigerate. 7 THM FP Bars

  2. To make a THM S Bars use 1 1/2 tablespoons MCT oil, 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds, 3 tablespoons chocolate chips and reduce the water to 4 1/2 tablespoons. This will make 8 bars. 8 THM S Bars

  3. ChocZero White Chocolate Chips are a personal choice item since they do have soluble vegetable fiber in them.
