  • 1 pound ground beef or venison
  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats coarsely ground
  • 1 tablespoon THM Oat fiber
  • 1/3 cup almond milk or water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced onion
  • 4 ounces Buffalo Wing Flavored Cheese
  • Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup sugar free
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted


  1. Combine ground beef, oatmeal, oat fiber, milk, egg, onions and spices until well mixed. With a medium Cookie Scoop , fill the scoop with the meatball mixture. Place a small square of cheese in the center of the meatball. Release the meatball into your hand. Shape the meat mixture around the cheese. Place in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Blend sauce ingredients together. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with toothpicks. Makes 18 meatballs--9 servings
