Dynamite Salsa THM-FP

Ingredients

  • 4 cups tomatoes diced
  • ¾ cup onion finely diced
  • ½ cup peppers finely diced
  • 2 jalapenos diced
  • 2 teaspoons Gentle Sweet
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine all together and refrigerate for 4 hours to combine flavors. Serve with Lavash Pitas or Baked Tostitos for an E meal. Serves 10-12

Recipe Notes

The easiest way I have found to dice veggies is with the Vidalia Chop Wizard. I have 2 of them and use them when canning salsa.
