Strawberry Cream THM-FP

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, divided
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen, diced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup THM Gentle Sweet
  • 3 donks THM Stevia
  • 1 scoop THM Whey Protein Powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon THM Vanilla
  • fresh strawberries for garnishes

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup almond milk for 5 minutes. Set aside. In a blender jar combine 1 cup almond milk, ricotta cheese, strawberries, Gentle Sweet, Stevia, whey protein powder, and salt. Blend for a few minutes until smooth. Heat softened gelatin until syrupy. With blender running, drizzle softened gelatin into blender. Blender for 1 minute. Pour into 4 serving dishes/cups. Refrigerate until set.
