Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 3.4- ounce package Max Mallows
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup brown rice crisps
  • 2/3 cup oats coarsely ground
  • 1/4 cup Lily's chocolates chips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts walnuts, peanuts, ect
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • Pampered Chef Snack Bar Maker
  • PAM Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  1. Additional chocolate chips if you want to drizzle the bars or dip them in chocolate
  2. In a heat-proof bowl, add mallows, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Melt in the microwave for 45 seconds. Stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well combined. Lightly spray a Pampered Chef Snack Bar Maker with PAM Olive Oil Spray. Divide mixture into 11 bars. Press the mixture into each form. I use a plastic wrapped 2 x 4 piece I found in my husband's shop. Refrigerate until set.
  3. The bars can be drizzled with melted chocolate or you can remove the bars from the snack maker. Spoon one tablespoon melted chocolate into each snack well. Press formed bar into the melted chocolate. Allow chocolate to harden before removing bars. 11 bars
