Vanilla Oolong Tea THM FP

Ingredients

  • 1 oolong tea bag
  • 1 3- inch cinnamon stick
  • 1/2- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 10 drops Sweet Drops Liquid Stevia or your preferred sweetener
  • 1 cup jelly canning jar with lid and ring

Instructions

  1. Place tea bag, cinnamon, hot sauce, vanilla, and sweetener in the jar. Fill with boiling water. I use my Keurig and the 8 ounce selections works perfect. Add lid and ring. Turn jar upside for 10 minutes. The jar will seal. Store in the refrigerator. Repeat for as many jars as your prefer. They will keep for weeks/months when stored in the fridge.

Recipe Notes

To serve: Open tea concentrate and pour through a strainer into a quart jar. For Iced Tea: add 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon half and half, water, and ice to fill jar. 1 serving. * 1 tablespoon of collagen may be added for protein. For Hot Tea: Heat all ingredients in a small kettle or microwave.
